  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
  • The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.
    The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a mattress as an extra bed.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12.00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11.00 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly thru email or call 9636534005 for early check-in or late check-out.
  • The room tariff excludes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks, food, drinks & telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. The TT Palace will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. The TT Palace will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

Money Back Guarantee Policy

  • Money Back Guarantee offer is valid for hotels in India only.
  • The offer is not valid on hotels booked using 'Pay at Hotel' payment method.
  • If the guest doesn't check-in at the hotel due to a mismatch between amenities and inclusions mentioned on the The TT Palace website and those at the hotel, they must notify the claim within 07 days of the check-in date. In this case, the guest shall be entitled to 100% refund, subject to The TT Palace validating their claim and after deduction of bank charges, taxes as applicable.
  • In case the guest has not stayed in the hotel for the entire period of booking, they must notify the claim before 07 days of the check-in. In this case, the guest shall be entitled to 100% refund, subject to The TT Palace validating their claim.
  • In case the guest has not stayed in the hotel for the entire period of booking, they must notify the claim before 04 days of the check-in. In this case, the guest shall be entitled to 50% refund, subject to The TT Palace validating their claim and after deduction of bank charges, taxes as applicable.
  • The claim can be notified to The TT Palace by both means calling 9636534005 & by sending an email to thettpalace@gmail.com. The TT Palace shall, within 7 days from the date of claim, investigate the matter and communicate to the customer about the validity of the claim. If the claim is valid, customer shall be entitled for refund (if the customer has not checked-in) of an amount, which was paid by the customer for the booking within 3 weeks from the date of communication about the validity of the claim by The TT Palace.
  • The offer is not applicable on any service issues encountered during the hotel stay.
  • In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer, the decision of The TT Palace shall be final and binding.
  • The TT Palace reserves the right to revoke this offer at any time and without prior notice. The TT Palace also reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
